Installation Instruction for Terracotta Panel
1. Installation of embedded part
The embedded parts should be set before and should be double proofread before the construction of the curtain wall.
2. Measurement and line lying
Mark the Horizontal and vertical lines for column using a theodolite or a level
3. Installation of columns
Secure columns on the main structure with adapter parts (angle bracket) and screw and adjust the verticality of the supporting columns
4. Installation of Shorting Hanging Arm or Crossbeam
Secure short hanging arm or crossbeam on the columns with screws and adjust the verticality and horizontality of the columns.
5. Installation of terracotta panels
A. Apply the adhesive rubber stripe on columns as the joint pieces.
B. Position terracotta panels and tile holder (bracket), adjust the verticality and horizontality of the terracotta panels by the tile holder.
C. Mount panels from bottom to the up to finish the installation
6. Clean-up of the curtain wall
Cleanse the installed terracotta panels with water
