New Requirements for Lamps Export to the EU

From Quanzhou Inspection and Quarantine, and the lamps exports to the EU faces a new
requirement that the the requirement of EMF. EU assessment released standards on
November 1, 2010. and on February 26, 2012 it will be included in the instruction of the
list of the harmonized standards. The transition period is one year, From February 1, 2013,
the standard will be formal implementation.
The main hazards of electromagnetic radiation exposure (EMF) are that it will cause dizziness,
vomiting, and risk of childhood leukemia, adult malignant brain tumors, amyotrophic lateral
sclerosis, loss of reproductive function, cancer, serious harm to human health. To protect
the exposed human head and torso of the central nervous system tissue, reducing the
impact on the personal, the EU proposed lighting equipment space surrounding the
evaluation criteria of the electromagnetic field.
