Instructions
-
- Brush tile adhesive onto the top surface of a 4-by-4-inch tile using a paintbrush. Create a thin but even coat.
- Press the small tiles onto the tile adhesive, arranging them to form a design. Allow them to dry for several hours or for the amount of time recommended by the tile adhesive manufacturer.
-
Spread premixed grout in between and over the small tiles, using a sponge. Push the grout into all of the crevices between the mosaic tiles, making sure not to leave any gaps. Rinse the sponge. Wipe the excess grout off the surface of the small tiles with the clean, damp sponge. Allow the tiles to dry overnight.
- Cut adhesive cork into 4-by-4-inch squares. Adhere them to the back of the large tiles to give them a non-scratch backing.
