From 2012 January to April, the China ceramic tile production in nearly 25 million square meters. Fujian Producing areas of about 635.42 million square meters, Foshan about 466.97 milliong square meters. Fujian producing areas of architectural ceramic production for the first time beyong Foshan, as the largest producing areas of the industry.

Fujian building ceramics production beyond foshan, there is a number of factors. Firstly, Fujian architectural ceramics industry has been in the susbtainable development, the production of outer wall is already the largest share of the national market. Secondly, in recent years Foshan producing areas has been engaged in deepending the ceramic industry  transformation and upgrade exploring, strict assessment of the environmental protection and energy conservation to the local ceramic enterprises, encourage small and medium-sized ceramic enterprises to moved to more suitable place for their survival and development, leaving the strong support of the scale of brand ceramic enterprises to higher levels of development,  to encourage large-scale ceramic enterprises to keep its headquarters in Foshan and production relocation. Through years of effort to upgrade the development of the ceramics industry in Foshan, the enterprise is reduced, less, higher brand awareness, improve the ability to resist risks, better benefits. Taken together, Fujian producing areas beyond Foshan is a matter of time.

Total ceramic production in China is already very large, and the market has to rely on quality in anera of competition, ” large quantity is king”  has become history. According to related statistics, in April 2012. the output of ceramic tile is nearly 2.5 million square meters. Sanitary ceramicss, total output about 540 million. Before April of this year, exports of ceramic tiles is 460 million square miters, an increase of 32 percent, exorts of $1.402 billion, an increase of 18.1%; national export sanitary ceramics of 15.75million, down 1.5 percent, with exports of $252 million, an incerase of 7.7%. Dr. Yin Hong, generalsecretary  of the Association of Foshan Ceramic, analysis that the 2011 National Ceramic per capital output has been close to six million square meters, absolutely ranked first in the worlld. Careful anaystis of the development of ceramic industry in the past few years, much slower growth trend. 2011, although the total ceramic production growth slow down, the ceramic yield of 11 provinces experienced negative growth, and this trend may continue. Yin Hong Jiang stressed that, “there is no absolute saturation in tile production, at least to the brink of saturation, we do industril policy development and respnse should be prepare in advance.”
