Advantages of terracotta panel over other curtain walls
Color
Stone: Its monotonous color can not meet the requirement of a designer. In addition, the surface of marble or granite will fade or change over time
Metal panel: The color of a metal panel can be adjusted according to the requirement of the designer. However, this material has limited applicability because of the cold metallic texture and poor durability. Besides, metal panel is easily to get deformed and discolored due to wind and rain corrosion.
Terracotta panel: The rich colors and natural texture of terracotta panel is capable of saitsfying different requirement for architect. There are various kinds of colors for argil, such as sandy color, desert tan, terra rossa, sandy grey, green blue, pearl white, peak read, silver grey and dark grey etc. The surface treatment process can also produce different style, shch as natural surface, abrasion blasting, groove surface and glaze surface of architecture designers. Moreover, the physical performance of terracotta is excellent: strong hardness, anti-deformation, good fastness and small color difference.

Safety & shock resistance Acid and alkali resistance
Stone: Stone is natural resources which are rich in mineral compositions like silicon oxide, aluminum oxide or calcium carbonate. It also contains the radioactive element---radon.
Metal panel: metal panel is easily corroded by acid and alkali
Terracotta panel: The raw material of terracotta is natural argil which contains no radioactive element. After the firing process under high temperature of 1200 degree, all mineral elements(silicon oxide, aluminum oxide and so on ) in the argil are oxidized completely

Energy saving & environment protection
Stone: Stone is nonrenewable and recyclable natural materials;
Metal panel: Most metal panel are made of aluminum alloy. The aluminum ore resource in the world is becoming exhausted. Besides, the metal panel has high coefficient of thermal conductivity and fails to be energy-saving.
Terracotta panel: Clay is renewable and recyclable resource. Tue process for producing the terracotta is relatively environment-protective. The Cavity structure of the terracotta wall and the additional insulation system will provide favorable performance of energy saving and noise reduction.
Installation
Stone: Installation method of stone curtain wall basically is grooving in the back of stone and installing with anchor bolt. No matter what method is adopted, the stress of the stone structure will be damaged. Under certain circumstance, the stone curtwain wall will crack or be damaged after the stress is completely released. Consequently, the safety performance and shock resistance are relatively poor.
Metal panel: Metal panel is relatively thin comparing to other material. Therefore, the metal panel is easily to be deformed and damaged under the impact or external force. The safety performance is relatively poor.
Terracotta panel: The groove for installation is prearranged during the extrusion process wihich is very convenient for installation. The strength up to 16~20Mpa provides the terracotta panel with better safety performance and shock resistance than that of stone and metal panel.
