Thailand agreed to review the complaint ceramic enterprises to enter the average tax rate(1/11/2013)

In order to promote the development of Sino-Thai bilateral trade, the member companies of the association representatives asked the following three requirements: Thailand Trade Representative, according to the Association submitted evidence to reconsider legitimacy for of 6907,6908 ceramic anti-dumping measures on China's tariff lines impartiality of the investigation at the same time put forward the application of anti-dumping Thai manufacturers and importers, proposed to re-assess the entire anti-dumping ruling. Trade Representative urged relevant departments to give enterprises of 10 have been proposed midterm review filing as soon as possible, and to give the proposed review of 10 companies to obtain the average rate. There are a few companies are preparing information on the midterm review of the requirements and want to be able to get fair treatment. Third, according to the Association to get the news that Thai authorities will be implemented on Chinese ceramic tiles certification and the certification process is very complicated, and the purpose is to prevent more Chinese ceramic products into Thailand, trade representative of the news attention, do not want another new trade barriers that impede the normal trade between China and Thailand.
