Vitrified Tile Collocation Skill and Maintenance(9/7/2011)

Vitrified tile is a kind of brightness tie polished by the surface of the full-body tile, and it is one kind of full-body tile. The ceramic tiles whose water absorption rate less than 0.5% are all called vitrified tile. Polishing tile whose water absorption rate below 0.5% is also called polished tile(higher than 0.5% can be only polished tile, while not vitrified tile). But if vitrified tile is mirror finished, and then it comes vitrified polished tile. For the sake of low water absorption rate, the hardness also relatively high, and it is not easy have scratch.

First, collocation skill of vitrified tile

1. Before paving, you should first deal with finite or the ground flat. When the basal layer of dry paving method reaches a certain hardness can be paving. When paving, the seam should be adjust between 2-3mm.

2. No. 325 cement is suggested. The proportion for dry paving participate in: basal layer: cement: fine sand = 1:3, paste layer; Cement: fine sand = 1:2. (White series polished tile suggested white cement in order to show color effect). Polished tile should be waxing before paving, which can improve the antifouling face brick pollution-resistant ability.

3. Pattern feature is obvious. Please pay attention to the pattern feature and pave in the same direction. If the pattern design characteristics are not obvious or there has not design, please combined construction effect requirements and then paving.

4. After paving, please erase the remaining cement besmirch on the tile. When finished paving, please maintain the floor for 4~5 days. In case the influence of the external forcing on the ground local uneven.

Second, maintenance of vitrified tile

Coating a layer of SW water-repellent preservative on the surface of the uncleaned or using vitrified tile sand polished tiles. From now on water and dirt can't invade, and never change original light effect of vitrified tile and polished tile. At the same time, the after clean become easy. Water and dirt can only stay in the object surface, literally brushed dirt, go without casting.
