Cost: paving expenditure on floor tile is expensive than wood tile. Many consumers think wood floor is much more expensive than floor tile, especially re wood floor. Actually the price of better floor tile is almost same as real wood floor, some even more expensive than real wood floor. If install wood tile, you can save these cost to do other use.

Environmental: Wood flooring can adjust air humidity. Many people think that real wood tile is afraid of water and is easy to effect with damp and become arch, while floor tile is not afraid of water and easy to be clean. In fact, floor tile is certainly easier to be clean than wood tile. But it is a mistake that wood tile is afraid of water, for teak wood for an example, it is the best material for boat and won't be decay for thousands years.

Maintenance: Wood floor cost people more energy to maintain. It is already a past tense that Wood floor is not easy to maintain. Nowadays, not matter real wood floor or prefinished wood floor, the abrasion resistance have been great improved. Prefinished wood floor let off a lot of maintenance problems because of its good abrasion resistance. While after a long time black gap will appear on floor tile because it is not easy to be clean and maintenance. It will become more and more dirty between gaps on floor tile. That influence not only its beauty but also our healthy, especially you need to change floor tile when there is one piece broken, and that is a waste of money. But wood tile can be changed by single piece when it happens. That is convenient.
