China has become the largest market for Italian exports of machine tools(2/14/2011)

According to Italian machine tools, robots and automation systems to preliminary statistics Manufacturers Association, the industry output in 2010 was about Italy 4.23 billion euros, compared with growth of 3.3% over the same period in 2009. 2010 Italian manufacturers in the domestic sales of 1.625 billion euros, an increase of 3.8% over the same period exports to 2.605 billion euros, an increase of only 3.1%.
The data from January to September last year, statistics show, the Italian machine tool exports to China worth over 270 million euros, surpassing Germany to become the Italian machine tool industry's largest export market, the United States ranked third. It is noteworthy that the Italian machine tool exports to traditional markets such as Germany, the United States and France are the decline in sales, but India (up 83.8%), Russia (16.4%), Iran (312.5%) and Brazil (47.7%) and other emerging markets have significant growth.
