World demand for cement is increasing, nantong export cement more than 500 tons in 2010(1/18/2011)

Nantong entry-exit inspection and quarantine statistics show that by 2010 the inspection qualified export products to a total of cement and clinker 523.5 tons, value 19688 million us dollars, compared with the same period last year respectively 37.5% and 48 percent growth period, exports reached the national export quantity of 30%, had become the national cement clinker one of the main export port.

According to introducing, although euramerican developed countries such as market cement demand keep weakening trend, but Africa, emerging markets such as asean economic recovery signs significantly, fixed assets of cement their investment steadily rebounded, demand rapid rise, to China's cement export provides greater growth space. And at the Yangtze river estuary, nantong port water-channel broad, geographical advantages, become the best of bulk goods import and export ZhongZhuanGang and "blooms". Meanwhile, anhui conch and hubei huaxin in nantong opened up production bases, for the nantong port of cement export prepared lots of products.

Although the overall situation is satisfactory, but from product structure by nantong port exports view, the cement clinker semi-finished products still to give priority to. Statistics show that exports clinker 481.8 tons of nantong last year, total cement product export quantity of 92%, and cement products exports accounted for only 8 percent.
