EU anti-dumping official ceramic sample in the list of 11 enterprises involved in(8/5/2010)

Xinhua Guangzhou on August 6 (Xinhua Zhang Jianhua, Liu Dajiang) from the China Ceramic Industry Association Foshan Office was informed that the European Commission was established on August 3 ceramic enterprises in China's official anti-dumping investigation sample list of enterprises, 3 ceramic enterprises in China were drawn together with the associated enterprises, 11 enterprises involved, than the July 23 unveiling of the proposed increase of 4 sample list.

In the official list was drawn ceramic enterprises in China, respectively, Dongguan aesthetic Ceramics Co., Ltd., Hong Kong SAR CAYEMNE Ltd. and Foshan Ceramic Co., Ltd. into a new Run, in which aesthetic Ceramics Co., Ltd. Dongguan involving five associated companies, Foshan Jane an aesthetic ceramic Ceramic Co., Ltd., Dongguan into related enterprises, affiliated enterprises involving Hong Kong SAR CAYEMNE Co., Ltd. 4.

Compared with the proposed sample list, the official sample list of the number of affiliated companies involved in the original seven from up to 11 new added new Run Foshan Ceramics Co., Ltd. and its affiliates into the company, originally included in the proposed list in Qingdao, Shandong Di Asian Ceramics Co., Ltd. does not appear in official lists.

Foshan, China Ceramic Industrial Association, Office blue guards told reporters that the list of companies in the sample should be submitted within 15 days, contact counsel small anti-dumping investigation questionnaire submitted 31 days in the published list of anti-dumping large questionnaire. Sample of enterprises to participate actively with the European side once again to submit sample applications can be obtained separately for the enterprise market economy status so as to obtain anti-dumping tax rates relatively low.

The European Commission announced on June 19 anti-dumping on China formally opened tile. If the establishment of anti-dumping accusations, Chinese ceramics enterprises to be subject to up to 430.5% of the punitive tariffs, EU ceramics market will "Made in China" closing the door.

It is reported that the list of companies selected for sampling, is currently in accordance with the relevant EU legal procedures, with the lawyers prepared, and actively responding to work well.
