The Perspective on the Recovery of Ceramic Industry(11/4/2009)

Since the global financial crisis at the end of 2008, various sectors are affected to different degrees. This storm made a great impact on the ceramic industry which is also affected by the raw materials of the simultaneous price increases, the real estate market downturn, labor costs, industrial restructuring, and many other factors. The global Ceramic market became a sluggish market: output growth slowed, profitability declined, the overall run was slowed down trend, many ceramic companies have suffered varying degrees of damage under the grim situation.

Since the second half of 2009, the financial crisis is the gradual melting, our economy has entered a critical stable period of recovery, the overall situation of ceramic industry is going for the better stabilization, Chinese ceramics market, relying on the third and fourth markets which with strong kinetic energy withstanding the test. All the signs show that the ceramic industry are recovered from the winter, real estate heat up, the effectiveness of country-driven economy beginning to show, the domestic market has been showing positive signs of recovery warming.

The attitude ceramic enterprises maintain to face with a crisis will determine the pace of enterprise development after the crisis and destiny. Ceramic enterprises in distress, should increase innovation and investment, enhance the competitiveness of their products, promoting energy saving efficiency to achieve emission reduction, and actively explore the domestic market and improve the channels of the network extension, and strengthen brand building, enhance brand value, promote the brand internationalization . A crisis situation, together with the post-crisis era, many companies decline may also have enterprises to actively calm response to the crisis, in the face of adversity to win business opportunities in the development, production and sales of sustained and balanced growth.
