INSTALL EXTERIOR WALL TILE (GLAZED TILE and SPLIT TILE) |
Installation of Ceramic Wall Tiles and Floor Tiles-----Split Tiles
First: Material
No. 325 common Portland cement or slag cement, sand, split tiles.
Second: Tools:
Cutting machines, grey engines, the level of foot, doorway, rubber films,
sponges.
Third: construction methods
1. Primary treatment:
on the walls of the building will be required to level up layer, and a
waterproof.
2. Shells lines:
between the size and color of tiles, determine the slabs of grey linking
distance (generally remain about linking 8mm), establish Pave design
requirements, activate the cell lines on the level down in dry, layer
according to the Pave design requirements and specifications of the actual
tiles. Different Pave designs may produce different decorative effects. The
characters Pave is the best result.
3. Soaking:
make thoroughly saturated by the water before pasting them, and then take
them out of the water and dry the surface.
4, Pave : Key the cement floor in the back of the tiles, and top brick-and
not leave gaps, and then put them in the shop wall by cell lines. Otherwise,
the future will be shaped cement seep analysis, and appear blanching and
aleak phenomenon.
5. Feeding off:
(1) Using grey engines feeding off: put
the cement mortar (sand: cement =1:2) on the grey board, Moping about 8mm
thick sauce into board, reuse grey engines into 8mmX8mm of grains, to be
sent to slot, wipe up the excess mortar, try to avoid dirtying the tiles by
the redundant mud. (This method applies to Granulation series, certain rock
slabs, unglazed swimming pool tiles without, and the unglazed swimming pool
tiles generally require a grey linking of 16mm).
(2) Large wipe off: salt water to wet
the tiles, once airing dry the surface, wiping up the stitches with the
proportion of cement mortar plaster. When slot mortar slightly frozen, using
rubber films shave the mortar, and steel wet-dry water loving (or use
brushes), and clean, shining surface to no traces of cement (This methods
apply to this piece of glossy split tiles, jade Shi tiles, glazed swimming
pool tiles, but generally stay off grey glazed pool tiles around 16mm).
Attention: To maintain the appearance and
obtain the best results, it is recommended that customers use methods (1).
6. Draw the slot:
Slots have three effects: Au Yuen, Au Ping, and horizontal slabs. Different
designs access to different decorative effects. Draw the slot and clean the
surface with the cloth after completing the wipe off in accordance with the
design requirements.
Attention: tight the fitting, and no
pretermission, no higher proceeded; otherwise it will be oozy and blanching
in the future.
7. Cleaning and maintenance:
Make sure that the slot is solid enough and up to certain intensity, clear
the tiles from the top down with water in 30 hours after calking. (Be
careful of rinsing the surface before clearing with acid and scour them
duly.
Attention: Please control the mentioned time carefully, or it will turn grey
and inflect the decoration effect.
8. Attention:
Please don’t smirch the surface of the tiles through the construction
process.
